C. of 1995 (concerning the issue and storage of supporting documents), Act No. CXIX. and on the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data, Strasbourg, 1981. 28 January. 1998 on the proclamation of the Convention of the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers. VI. law and the recommendations of the “ONLINE PRIVACY ALLIANCE”.

The scope of this Privacy Policy does not cover services and data processing related to promotions, sweepstakes, services, other campaigns and content published by third parties other than the Data Controller, advertising on the radio or website or otherwise appearing on the same, as provided in this Privacy Policy. Likewise, unless otherwise stated, the scope of this Notice does not extend to the services and data management of websites, service providers to which there is a link on the websites covered by this Notice. Such services are governed by the provisions of the privacy policy of the third party service provider and the Data Controller shall not be liable for such processing.

Scope of the Personal Data of users processed

When the User visits an interface of the Website, the IP address of the User is automatically recorded by the Data Controller’s system. Based on the User’s choice, the Data Controller may process the following data in connection with the use of the Services available through the website: place of residence, telephone number, email address, IP address

If the User sends a message (e.g. email) to a Service, or calls the Service, the Data Controller records the User’s email address, telephone number, the time of the call and processes it to the extent and for the duration necessary for the provision of the Service.

Additional data processed by the Data Controller

The Data Controller places small data packets (so-called “cookies”) on the User’s computer in order to provide a tailored quality service. The purpose of the cookie is to ensure the highest possible quality of the operation of the site, to provide personalised services and to enhance the user experience.
