We hosted the Sharks of Sportland at home, as the end of the regular season is approaching, every point counts, so we couldn’t take the match lightly. From the start of the game, the home team had the upper hand, with the puck in the capital’s third almost constantly. Despite this, we had to wait 12 minutes for the first goal of the game, Miklós Wenner scored, and shortly afterwards Norbert Lévai and Mátyás Odnoga scored from a man advantage (3-0). We were able to pick up the gloves and with goals by Márk Koczkás and Csata Sebestyén we could go into the break with a reassuring lead. In the last period, our opponents were getting tired and after two quick goals(István Szűcs and Bence Makovics), the visitors changed their goalkeeper. But from there there was no stopping the boys, who scored 9 goals in the next 15 minutes, winning the game.
We managed to get another important points with a great game.
Next Saturday, the boys will play one of the toughest matches of the season, we will travel to the home of the table-topping Lehel HC.
